I'll start by laying my cards on the table - Paul is a talented acupuncturist and I am an osteopath and we both work out of Garstang Natural health. I've had dry needling before but never experienced Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) acupuncture. So I gave Paul a go. He has spent two months helping me with a frightening heart arrythmia that I knew was related to severe stress last year. And I can happily say he has completely cured me. The amazing sense of balance and ability to cope with more stress thrown at me has been astounding to experience. Paul has also used his needles and soft tissue work to help me with an annoying achilles injury and, again, he is making a huge difference to this.
