I’m so glad that I was introduced to Paul when I arrived at Garstang Natural Health suffering from sudden acute sciatic nerve pain. After my first course of acupuncture I felt immediate relief from the severe pain I was experiencing, and each time I saw Paul the pain eased a little more. He listened carefully every time I went and he always tailored his treatment according to my symptoms. This tended to be acupuncture to begin with but later included sports massages and cupping. His advice, encouragement and expertise helped me get back to running, something I had begun to think would be impossible! I really can’t thank Paul enough for his expert help and guidance and I shall continue seeing him on a monthly basis to keep my muscles in a good working condition and hopefully prevent this awful pain from happening again. He offers excellent value for money and I would highly recommend him to anyone either suffering with pain or just requiring regular ‘maintenance’. He really is FAB!

I'll start by laying my cards on the table - Paul is a talented acupuncturist and I am an osteopath and we both work out of Garstang Natural health. I've had dry needling before but never experienced Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) acupuncture. So I gave Paul a go. He has spent two months helping me with a frightening heart arrythmia that I knew was related to severe stress last year. And I can happily say he has completely cured me. The amazing sense of balance and ability to cope with more stress thrown at me has been astounding to experience. Paul has also used his needles and soft tissue work to help me with an annoying achilles injury and, again, he is making a huge difference to this. He is professional, friendly and first class at his job. Thanks you so much for your help. I would recommend his skills to anyone interested in trying this amazing therapy!
