Was very anxious about my first appointment with Amy but she kept reassuring me and making me feel relaxed and comfortable. Amy explained the treatment regarding my injury and the treatment I received was very good and I feel will be beneficial to my progress in getting better.

Amy has been treating my ongoing work-related muscular problems for years now and, basically without being too over-dramatic, goes quite some way to preventing injury from curtailing my career. She has an intuitive approach to what is needed at any moment and with a combination of therapies including massage, hot stones and cupping, keeps me in good working order! Highly recommend

Highly recommend a bespoke mobility & stretch session with Amy. Session was friendly and relaxed with excellent explanation throughout. Am very confident the exercises & stretches plan I’ve been given will improve mobility and strength of my hips, glutes, core and thoracic spine for injury prevention and to assist with my golf too
