Sapphire is so friendly, knowledgeable and so professional! The space is so clean and welcoming. I have been for three sports massages, and she had advised dry needling. I was very nervous but she talked me through the whole process and put me at ease and it was so worth it! She always knows where pain and tightness stems from and what works the best to mitigate it. I would highly recommend to anyone! I always feel great afterwards! Thank you!

Had two sports massages now at Alchemy sports therapy, both on my shoulders, an area i would have a lot of trouble with. And both times I've felt like a new man the day after. From The booking procedure to the aftercare, everything is above board and very professional. I would highly recommend 👌

Attended Alchemy sports therapy with tennis elbow excellent service from start to finish and very knowledgeable. one session and was back training within 2 days with no pain would definitely recommend this service.

Great session, top notch tech
I went in for a sports massage in Ahoghill, Ballymena with pain in my shoulder blade that I’d left far too long. After Sapphire worked on my back I felt real relief and much more freedom in my movement. I also had tennis elbow, which Sapphire treated and it has improved greatly. I highly recommended

Had an assessment and Sapphire was able to locate where my pain was, she improved my mobility and reduced my pain so much, after 2 years of limited shoulder mobility and severe pain, I left my session pain free and practically 100 % back to full movement. An absolute miracle worker and would highly recommend x
