He was incredibly friendly from the start and took the time to understand the root cause of the issue rather than just treating the symptoms. I had a sports massage recently and honestly, it made a huge difference. The treatment itself was thorough and professional, and while some parts were intense (in a good way!). The real difference was afterwards, I noticed improved mobility, less stiffness, and just an overall feeling of being properly reset.
