fantastic park and very safe for dogs to run about, definitely be back, highly recommend
It's a perfect place, our Jasper had a great time there, we will definitely be back.
Great facility. Clean and very well kept, no muck and everything thought of. Only thing would be if half hour slots were available. We have a miniature dachshund and half an hour was plenty for him to run wild. He thoroughly enjoyed himself.
We love coming to the dog park with the pups - it’s so safe and they love just being able to run free for an hour. The wash station outside is also such a helpful touch, it is always needed with my two 😅
Second time coming here and my dog bonnie was loving life the whole time running around. Definitely will be back very soon. Highly recommend bringing your dogs to BarnView!
Great park, not our first time here but today wasn't great as there was a lot of cow dung and dog poo lying everywhere, this is the first time that I've experienced this at this dog park and was very disappointed! I understand that owners should clean up after their dogs as I do but unfortunately not everyone is that considerate, I think there should be a check done on a regular basis! I was not comfortable with my dogs running through crap which other animals have left and why was there cow dung in there if designated for dogs?! That said I will visit again but if my experience is the same as today we won't be returning!!
Hi Tracy, thank you for your feedback and for being a returning visitor to our park. We’re sorry your recent visit wasn’t up to the standard you expected. We did want to clarify that the material you saw was actually fermented grass clippings discharged from our mower after recent maintenance, not cow dung — there have never been cows in the park. We completely understand though how it could have appeared to be dung and why that would have been unpleasant and concerning, especially with dogs running through it. We also agree that owners should always clean up after their pets, and we’d like to reassure you that the park is checked multiple times throughout the day by our team to help maintain cleanliness and safety for all visitors. We truly appreciate you bringing this to our attention and hope your next visit is a much better experience.
Genghis had a great time at Barnview Farm Dog Park. I’m 7 months pregnant and wanted somewhere to bring my boy that he could run about without worrying about other dogs or cars etc. There was parking right at the gate and you get a text with the code before your arrival to access it. With G being so big I wasn’t sure if he would be able to use any of the agility course but I was pleasantly surprised to see he even went through the tunnel😂. He’s not the most agile dog so I knew he wouldn’t do too much of the agility, but he was having a great time running about, sniffing about and peeing everywhere and the space for him to do that was amazing! It was much bigger than the large dog park I’ve brought him to before. Will definitely be back! - Just be aware, if you have a reactive dog, there was cattle in the field above the dog park, but this could also be a really good opportunity for some training in a safe & secure space.🙆♀️
My dog bonnie was loving life despite the bad rain. Very safe for dogs as it’s well secure, definitely will be back again sometime!
Absolutely amazing place. Such a large open, fun space for the doggies to play and enjoy a very safe environment. Coffee shop is great and tasty coffee.
First time here . Facilities are great we had a great time and will defo be returning 😀
