Ben is absolutely brilliant. He really takes the time to listen and understand the whole picture, and his approach is so kind and reassuring. He never makes you feel pressured and always suggests things that are realistic and easy to fit into everyday life. He treated my 15-year-old daughter, who was really nervous before her appointment. He put her completely at ease, explained everything so clearly, and she left feeling happy, confident, and positive about her treatment plan. I can't recommend Ben highly enough!

Grateful to have found Ben and BG Sports, I've had an uncomfortable lower back for a while and previous massages I've been to haven't quite given the relief I expected or clarity of how to improve but Ben provided both. Very swift to confirm my second booking - thank you!

Welcomed me well explained my problem which Ben listened to and he came up with a solution to fix my solution/ plan with my right shoulder. Got some treatment and will be back for a follow up next week

As a parent of a young athlete, Katie has been excellent with the regular sessions and recovery messages. She is professional, thorough and great with young athletes. Keeps him recovered and ready through a demanding weekly football schedule.
