I was advised by my physio to have a massage due to being tense, in pain and over compensating after a subscap tear. BodyFix came highly recommended & Tom has not disappointed one bit. Always such a relaxed atmosphere, Tom caters to whatever you need, or if you don't know what that is, Tom knows exactly what to do after a quick chat. I've had 2 sessions so far, booked my husband in & definitely going to be making it a monthly visit. Always feel as if I'm floating and feel completely Zen after an hour's session. Thanks Tom 👍🏼

Top notch therapy treatment from Tom. It legit ‘hurt so good’. My legs have been really sore as a result of marathon training, so it was time to do something about them. Chatting to Tom was a great distraction while he was working… then suddenly the legs felt lighter and less mangled than they did before. Here’s hoping a miracle has been performed! Really enjoyed my visit… will recommend… will return. Thank you! 👏
