Jay is amazing. Really friendly and knows exactly what he’s doing. Always a great friendly sports massage from Jay. Muscles thank him for it also. Couldnt recommend it enough.
Expert knowledge, having had treatments with Jay long term now, he knows exactly what areas need attention!
Highly recommend
I attended BODYtech with tightness in my lower back and just one session the relief was instant. Well recommended. Mike was extremely friendly and professional and gave me great advice. Thank you.
Great service
Extremely professional service. Clean practice, friendly and will be returning for future treatments.
Super helpful and very knowledgeable. Jay managed to identify the exact muscle that's been causing me grief and helped loosen the area up. He also put a plan in place for recovery.
