Breathe Manor Farm

Breathe Manor Farm is such a tranquil and peaceful place, offering that rare opportunity to switch off from the outside world and have a space that’s truly your own. It’s the perfect setting to slow down, clear your mind and reconnect with yourself. The combination of deep meditation, the sauna and the ice bath creates such a powerful experience, giving you time to reflect, reset and find a sense of balance. There’s something special about stepping away from everyday life and giving yourself the time and space to just be. I have been coming here along time. Theres nothing that comes close, and that says alot. A beautiful place to recharge both mentally and physically. Highly recommend to anyone looking to find a bit of peace inside of themselves again. 🌿🧘‍♂️

Really relaxed vibe! Could not find a fault with it! Bailey was very helpful and explained everything. Was nice that you could also pick your own music! Thank you for a great experience

I recently visited Breathe at Manor Farm for the Reset Protocol package and had such a lovely experience. The location is beautiful, the facilities are first class, and the whole atmosphere is so peaceful and relaxing. I was greeted on arrival by Bailey, who was incredibly friendly and did a brilliant job of explaining how everything worked, and how to get the most out of my visit. A fantastic experience from start to finish. I highly recommend Breathe at Manor Farm and have already booked my next visit!
