I first went to Dan a few months after dislocating my shoulder. I’d tried countless physios and rehab methods but still wasn’t able to get back to riding motocross or contact sports. A friend recommended Dan, and it turned out to be the best decision I could have made. Within a few months, he’d helped improve my posture, strengthen my shoulder and, most importantly, gave me the confidence to get back on the bike and gym. Every session felt like a huge step forward, and I always left with a better understanding of how my body works and how to keep it healthy. I honestly thought surgery was going to be my only option, but Dan completely changed that. I can’t recommend him enough. If you’re struggling with a sports injury, posture issues, or don’t know where to turn, he’s the person to see.

I've endured 5 years of chest pain, caused by an immobile remote office job. I've seen countless physiotherapists, osteopaths, chiropractors; some unsuccessful, others successful in temporary fixes, that would last until the next flare up. But none tackled the root of the issue. Since working with Dan, this pain has gone. It's been the longest pain-free period I've had since 2020, and I'm starting to believe I can live an injury-free life.
