Flawless tan everytime! So convenient and easy to use. The rooms themselves are spotless clean and literally have everything you need. I will definitely be back.
I’ve been going to here for ages and honestly have never had a single issue. The tan always comes out absolutely amazing really even, natural-looking, and lasts well every time. The rooms are always spotless and so well maintained, which makes the whole experience feel really comfortable and professional. They also provide everything you need, including sticky feet and hair nets, so you never have to worry about bringing anything with you. Such a fantastic place with consistently great results. I wouldn’t go anywhere else for a spray tan and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable, high-quality tan! ✨
This was my 7th spray and I just love it. I’m not a sun bedder so it’s perfect. Right on my doorstep. Room as everything you need and always spotless. Friends were a bit wary of it but I have assured them it’s fabulous and I will deffo be back. Great to see it as I was always a bit uncomfortable with a personal spray. Great to see this in Glengormley

I use Bronze Booth for all my events, weddings, holidays and nights out, and I’ve had around 10 tans now. Every one has been perfect! My go-to is Coco Bronze in Dark and I absolutely love the colour. Although Bronze Booth is contactless and self-service, you’re definitely not on your own. I’ve contacted the team a few times for help changing appointments and for advice, and they’ve always replied really quickly on social media. I’ve also used the telephone helpline once and got help straight away. The convenience is amazing. Being able to book a tan 7 days a week, from early morning until late at night, makes it so easy to fit around everything else. I’d definitely recommend doing a trial before a big event, just so you can get familiar with the booth and find your perfect colour. I haven’t done my own tan since Bronze Booth launched last year, and I honestly don’t think I ever will again. Worth every penny of the £20 for me. Highly recommend!

Yes I have edited this review a few times, because I am trying to find the right words. My last 2 experiences have not been great, and I don't know why because I have used the booth numerous times before with no issues. As I had used the booth many times before I thought it would be OK for my daughters wedding but it wasn't, it was really bad. I probably won't use the booth again, as I didn't appreciate the level of customer service I got. Judging by the other reviews everyone else seems to think it's fabulous, so I have no idea why it doesn't work for me all of a sudden. I'm disappointed because it's convenient and easy but something has changed. Just a suggestion for management - maybe a handle of some sort on each booth to help get in and out as the floor inside and outside the booth gets really slippery.

On both occasions you contacted us regarding your tan, we responded promptly and professionally, provided detailed information about possible reasons the result had not developed as hoped, and issued a full refund both times. Unfortunately, subsequent communications included abusive language towards our staff and threats to spread negative reviews “far and wide”. We do not accept abusive or threatening communication towards our team. This matter has been fully addressed and refunded. We now respectfully ask that the repeated contact and notifications to our account stop.
Tan turned out really well, and it is so convenient to be able to have the tan dried etc. in the booth and then get dressed right away. I do wish I had gone for the option of a double leg spray (which is no extra cost) but overall really pleased. Easy clear instructions and the room was clean and equipped with hair nets, hair ties, wipes etc. A lot more convenient and less mess than applying at home or going for a traditional spray tan, so I will definitely use again. However one thing that surprised me was that the entrance is completely open and I didn’t need to show any proof of my booking- I expected to have to scan a code or something but couldn’t see anything on my booking, and was able to just walk in with no code. The door of the room itself has a lock for when you are inside but really anyone could just walk in, which isn’t particularly safe or secure especially when it is a facility that will be primarily used by women.
Hi Emma, thank you for your review. We're so pleased to hear you found the process easy to manage and enjoyed your experience. Just to clarify for anyone reading, our Newtownabbey booths are located within a gym building in a separate self-contained unit. Originally, customers accessed the booths by walking through the gym reception, but after listening to customer feedback, we built a separate entrance to give customers a more private experience. We appreciate that everyone has different preferences, but overall this change has been really well received. Although the main entrance isn't PIN operated at this location, the gym reception is just on the other side of the adjoining wall and is staffed whenever the gym is open, with staff regularly monitoring the area. Most importantly, every individual booth room has its own internal lock, so once you're inside your booth room and have locked the door, nobody can enter during your session. Customer privacy and safety are extremely important to us, and the setup has been designed with this in mind. If you would prefer a fully PIN-operated access system, our West Belfast and Bangor locations both have PIN entry on the main entrance and the individual booth room doors. We're also opening another Belfast location very soon with the same setup, so that may suit your preferences better. Whichever location you choose, you can be confident that your privacy is protected throughout your session.
