Loved my brows! Hollie was so professional and I am super happy with the results
has put dye on my arm and left a mark that is not coming off, i dont know who my appointment was with the door was open when i got there early wasnt the person that let me in year or two ago for a treatment with a well experianced woman.
Hi Sarah, I’m sorry to hear you feel disappointed with your experience. The mark shown in your photo is from the tint used during the patch test. This is completely normal and can leave a temporary stain on the skin, which typically fades within a couple of days. Regarding the door, it had been left open by my previous client and I was unaware of this at the time. Had the buzzer been pressed, I would have come straight to the door to greet you. I would also like to clarify that I am the owner and only person working in the salon. As you were a new client to me, I’m not sure what you mean by seeing a different person previously.
