Hi Emilia, sorry you feel this way, however I do feel it’s important to clarify a few points for anyone reading this review. Firstly, alopecia is a medical condition which can cause hair loss, including eyelashes. If lashes had fallen out due to incorrect application after just one day, your natural lashes would still be attached. Natural lashes coming out with extensions would generally be due to them being pulled out or the natural lash cycle. In terms of communication, you initially messaged me regarding your lashes and I responded exactly one minute later. I explained that I am currently away on holiday and therefore cannot see you in person immediately, and asked you to send photographs so I could assess what you were experiencing. You have stated that I have been ignoring you, which simply isn’t the case. It has been approximately five hours since your latest message and, as I am away, I have not yet opened/responded to it. I also want to address the suggestion that I am unqualified or “playing in people’s faces”. I am a qualified beauty and aesthetics practitioner and take the safety of every treatment extremely seriously. I am happy to look at photographs and discuss your concerns properly when I am able to. I don’t feel it is fair to make serious allegations about my qualifications or safety of my work when I have responded promptly and have not yet had the opportunity to assess the situation. I hope we can resolve this professionally once I am back.
