* Didn’t Edit because there was new claims! I had one procedure only I only edited because you responded it was because of Swelling. Which was not the real cause of this so was untrue. * The problem was Too much filler was injected in one spot and it was too deep and needed dissolving. And you never reviewed me so couldn’t see what was wrong therefore please don’t say this is normal due to swelling so I had to edit it to make it clear that this isn’t normal! * Unhappy with the treatment * unsymmetrical results * Requires more than one session to dissolve elsewhere which is now sorted * Didn’t feel comfortable to even ask to dissolve as “practitioner” didn’t remember properly how much filler was injected * Moving forward lesson learnt I would recommend to go to registered / qualified bodies like gmc , hcpc , nmc for procedures that include fillers and injectables. As they know how to handle if it goes wrong afterwards. After care is important which wasn’t provided. * Took too long for response when advice is needed in a day not a few days especially if it’s a risk such as vascular occlusion. The advanced nurse practitioner reviewed asap and did capillary refill and then dissolved which took two session which I would have appreciated if you just at least reviewed! * messages of the instagram conversation been unsent of the brand name used and saying you didn’t know how much was inserted. Very strange
I’m sorry to hear that you were unhappy with your experience; however, I would like to clarify several points in this review. Capillary refill checks are carried out as part of my safety protocol following every filler treatment—this is not something that is only done at a review or a two-week appointment. At the time of your treatment, there were no signs indicating a vascular occlusion. Before you left your appointment, I explained that swelling and temporary asymmetry can occur and that filler needs time to heal and settle. I also advised you to contact me with any concerns. As there were no signs of an emergency complication, my professional approach regarding the cosmetic appearance was to allow the area to settle before considering dissolving or making further changes. Your initial message was sent to my personal platform, which I do not usw. As soon as you contacted my business page, I responded. I would also like to note that this review has been edited twice, with additional claims added each time. I respect every client’s right to share their experience, but I feel it is important that my response accurately reflects the communication, safety checks and advice provided at the time.
