As someone who had never had a massage before, I wasn’t sure what to expect, but Ciaran guided me through everything with such reassurance and professionalism. The massage itself was brilliant — feeling the tension and knots melt away was genuinely satisfying. I left feeling relaxed, comfortable, and very glad I chose to book. Ciaran’s expertise is blatant as soon as you start to talk to him. He’s very patient and non-judgemental if you go to him with a list of questions (which is good as I always have plenty). Tons of value here - you leave with knowledge, confidence and reassurance of how to deal with any biomechanical issues. Great at massaging the aches out of tired legs too. Easy 5 stars.
