professional, flexible, communicative and the sports massage is tailored to my needs.

Easy booking, reminders of appointment. Ciaran is very professional and informative.

Ciaran is clearly an expert, great guy and a proper decent sports massage, left feeling light and limber

Great deep tissue massage to loosen tight/heavy shoulders!

Really informative session and great massage.

Marvellous post marathon massage! Thanks so much

Ciaran was great! Took the time to investigate my pain and explained clearly what to do next. Super friendly and approachable!

Great massage and advice! 6 weeks of hip pain has now gone.

I had a fantastic experience with Ciaran. He’s incredibly friendly and welcoming, and from the moment I arrived he made me feel completely at ease. As someone who had never had a massage before, I wasn’t sure what to expect, but Ciaran guided me through everything with such reassurance and professionalism. The massage itself was brilliant — feeling the tension and knots melt away was genuinely satisfying. I left feeling relaxed, comfortable, and very glad I chose to book. I couldn’t recommend Ciaran more highly.
