absolute waste of time . booked my appointment drove 20 minutes to get there .then paid £7 for parking outside . and when I got in she asked how I would like to pay so I said card and she ask if I can pay cash and I said I could not as I only had my phone . then says someone has her card machine . what a waste of my time and not what you want when you go there to relax and to end up wasting your time and money and half your afternoon for nothing. if you what to help these tax dodgers in future take cash
