Booked in with Connor for a consultation regarding a Knee Injury and a 45min upper back and shoulder sports massage. Connor was great and very knowledgeable. He assessed my knee and gave me an exercise plan to strengthen and improve my injury to make me fit for the new footballing season. The shoulder and back massage was perfect and really helped with the pain i had. Connor was professional throughout and provided an excellent service and great aftercare. Would highly recommend and will be back for further treatments!
