I love my session with Em
I cannot recommend this style of coaching enough. Having not had a lesson since the 70s this was the perfect induction to learn the step by step guide to open water swimming, use of breathing, over coming nerves, legs, arms, core all in isolation. Emma encouraged us at every progression. Thanks
