I had been dealing with a really uncomfortable pain in my lat that just wouldn’t seem to ease, so I booked in for a cupping and massage session and the difference was honestly immediate. The whole treatment felt very thorough and targeted rather than rushed. Extra attention was given to the area that was causing me pain, and I could genuinely feel the tension releasing throughout the session. By the time I left, I had significantly more freedom of movement and the pain had eased almost instantly. What impressed me most was how effective the combination of massage and cupping was. I went in feeling tight, sore and uncomfortable and came out feeling lighter, looser and genuinely relieved. Really professional service, a great experience from start to finish, and most importantly it actually worked. I’d definitely recommend it to anyone dealing with muscle tension, tightness or stubborn aches and pains. I’ll absolutely be coming back!
