⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I’ve been using the infrared sauna and cold plunge at Drift Studios as part of my recovery leading up to ultra marathon training, and it’s been an absolute game changer. The studio is spotless, private, and has a really relaxing atmosphere from the moment you walk in. The combination of the infrared sauna and cold plunge is perfect for easing tired legs, reducing soreness, and helping both body and mind reset after long runs. The cold plunge is challenging at first, but you leave feeling refreshed, energised, and ready to go again. The staff are friendly, welcoming, and make the whole experience easy and enjoyable. Whether you’re training hard, recovering from exercise, or just looking to switch off from the stresses of daily life, I can’t recommend Drift highly enough. A fantastic local business that has become an important part of my recovery routine. I’ll definitely be back again and again.
