Had such a lovely experience! I was a little nervous about getting an Indian head massage because I have very curly hair and was worried about it getting tangled, but she immediately put me at ease and made sure I was comfortable throughout. The massage was so relaxing and I felt completely comfortable with her. Such a lovely experience and I would definitely recommend, especially if you’re a fellow curly haired girl who’s a little apprehensive! 🤍

Great experience. Very private and relaxing atmosphere. Everything was clean and dry when we arrived. Sauna is great and so is the cold plunge and the compression boots are a nice touch. Also getting to play your own music is great. Will definitely be back!

3rd time here now very good value for money with the compression boots, massage guns ect. Very welcoming and relaxed vibe and great for small groups.

Brilliant! Had lower back, hip and knee pain. Great sports massage, loosened me up and helped relieve the pain. Definitely would recommend and will be back again.

Had nerve pain on the left side of my neck & shoulder, had a great 1hr sports massage that has relieved the pain, I'll be back again to get work done on my right arm next, highly recommended

Been to this guy multiple times now over the years absolutely phenomenal! Very good at his job and explains things to you while he’s doing things. Personality such a great guy very welcoming makes you feel comfortable and decent conversation. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!
