Went to Elite Recovery last night with a Back injury. Within 5 minutes of the session John asked me questions about breathing and I was confused but as the session went on, and with Johns knowledge on how the body works he was able to figure out that my breathing may be dysfunctional. After the massage we worked through some breathing exercises which I wasn’t expecting at all, I went for a massage and learnt how breathe properly for the first time in my life. John is amazing at what he does and that’s the reason I went to him with this injury. Top class as always
Top class experience, absolute great guy to talk away to, very knowledgeable in what he does talking me through muscle groups and how they’re affected by strenuous repetitive movements.
Went in for a sports massage and have come out feeling great. John was very patient prior with a chat to ensure we covered exactly what was needed. Informative on what was going on as we went and looked after me. Will certainly be back

Really impressed with the sports massage I had recently. I felt immediate relief and a noticeable difference afterwards and the environment was very friendly, warm and welcoming. Would definitely recommend!
