First sport massage - it was amazing, very calm and relaxing! Will definitely book again x

Great sports massage, flexible as i arived late and clearly very educated on what i needed most for recovery will use again.

As usual Becks worked her magic on my sore shoulders and biceps. Love the vibe at Elite, soothing, restful and restorative and Becks is happy to chat or be silent. I look forward to my massages, she always manages to find something I didn’t know needed work! Thanks Becks

Amazing service. Lovely studio. Beck has dance training background which was a bonus because it meant I didn’t need to over-explain so much (like I usually do when I have appointments with other services) about my injury, my lifestyle, my job line as a dancer. I could just simply describe what I was experiencing and she immediately understood and got straight into it.

I’ve never had a sports massage before, so I had no clue what to expect, but it was amazing! I have a lot of tension and knots in my upper back and from the first session it already feels amazing, I had a great chat and felt very comfortable from start to finish. Absolutely amazing im 100% coming back!! I booked 30 minutes which for the first session was actually a good amount of time but I will consider trying 45 minutes or longer so I can focus on other areas, thank you!

Beck is amazing! From the minute I walked into the studio for my first appointment I was made to feel so welcome and at ease, Beck did a really thorough assessment of my health and treatment goals and listened to my long list of issues! The massage was perfect and has really helped ease alot of the tightness in my back after just one session. Looking forward to my next one already! Thanks Beck 😊
