Best lash artist in Liverpool! Finally, a professional and true lash artist. I've tried many places in Liverpool and this place is absolutely the best. My lashes are perfect every single time, and they last long. She does exactly what I ask for (unlike some other places I've been to), and the result is just marvelous.
