Fleur is absolutely incredible. I’d been trying therapists for ages and am so glad I came across her website. Fleur’s holistic and warm approach is so unique, with attention paid to the body just as much as the mind, which is incredibly important as they have a very strong dual relationship that standard therapy misses. I think anyone would benefit from this approach alone. I have felt the physical release of long-stored trauma through the (optional) integration of massages and you would be very surprised at how it heals you mentally and emotionally going forward. Not only that, but Fleur’s personality and passion for helping her clients is even more unique and just incredible. I do not know where I would be without her. She has and continues to propel me through the most difficult time of my life, and it feels like you have a real true friend / family in her. I recommend her to literally anyone trying or considering therapy. I leave every session feeling clear, confident, courageous, self aware and more. Through such professional yet informal dialogue, I get to uncover things about myself and feel the ability grow more than I thought I could! She has really been a hidden gem and really glad I could have the opportunity to now leave a review for others to see. If you think therapy may not be for you or if you have tried multiple therapists and they haven’t quite worked for you - try Fleur. I think holistic therapy in general is very understated in the general profession and is paramount to true healing. Thank you Fleur, you’re one in a million!

I can’t recommend Fleur highly enough. While she’s a trained therapist, her skill as a masseuse goes far beyond technique—she creates a space where I feel genuinely safe in my own body. Her work has been life-changing, helping me move through emotional layers and giving me the confidence to be fully myself. She has a firm yet sensitive touch and an intuitive understanding of both the body and the mind. Exceptional.

This was my first appointment for reflexology and it was brilliant. Fleur gently talked me through the reflexology process and my feet in a calm and thoughtful way, and it was very relaxing.
