Professional and knowledgeable injury physio therapy provided by Georgia. Good post physio advice also provided. Will book in again, and do recommend 👌
As a last resort after physio, chiro and injections for lower back problems decided to try Georgia for a sports massage, she was extremely knowledgeable and didn’t just go straight in, she listened intently and decided on the best way forward giving strengthening exercises to build strength before doing any further work that would flare anything up. Highly recommend and will be back in a few weeks for next session!!
