I recently had my first ever sports massage and cupping treatment with Gareth, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. I went to my appointment suffering from severe pain in my right shoulder and back, which had been affecting my day to day activities and training. Gareth took the time to assess the problem areas and explain the treatment process, which immediately put me at ease. The results were incredible. I noticed a difference straight away – the pain relief was almost instant, i could physically feel the muscles softening and releasing tension during the treatment. By the end of the session, my shoulder and back felt significantly better, with much greater comfort and movement. Gareth was professional, knowledgeable, and made my first experience with both sports massage and cupping a very positive one. I would highly recommend him to anyone dealing with muscle pain, tightness, or injuries. I’ll definitely be returning for future treatments.
