Consistently helpful and not painful at all
Very good
The last two times I’ve booked, they’ve been over 45 minutes late despite me booking in advance. The stylist that started my hair struggled with what I wanted (6 straight back stitch braids), so I had to wait for another stylist to finish her client; over 2 hours in the shop for a simple style. When I went to pay, they told me that the price I’m paying is for Men, and for Women it’s a lot more expensive. If that’s the case, I’d expect them to update their price and service list to reflect this, although, the service is the exact same so I can’t see why.
Amazing service, lovely staff. They are always polite and accommodating.
