Just what I needed. Helped to resolve a long term issue in my upper back and neck.

My first pregnancy massage which I can’t thank Lauren enough for. Being a therapist myself, my back has been in bits and she found the problem areas and really focused on where I need releasing. Looking forward to my next one already! X

Amazing experience! I felt so relaxed I really enjoyed this treatment I will be booking again. The therapist was so sweet made me feel really relaxed and even gave me a herbal tea after the treatment.

Had an amazing pregnancy lymphatic drainage massage after feeling quite bloated and swollen due to travel. I came out so relaxed and have definitely seen an improvement since the massage! Cannot wait to go back again & would definitely recommend ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Thank you so much Lauren. I visited for my B12 injection yesterday and I feel amazing already. The new room is so welcoming and fresh. I fell in love with the heated treatment bed too. Lauren makes you feel so comfortable and welcome and the treatment is done in no time. I’ve put a diary note on for my next appointment already.
