Charlotte found where i was holding tension and tightness and used the exact right amount of pressure - deep and effective without being needlessly painful. I walked out feeling lighter, looser and ready for my next training session. Absolutely spot on. Looking forward to my next session. Highly recommend!

Charlotte is the best! I’ve had a few sports massages in the past, but she is by far the most knowledgeable when it comes to injuries, posture and any little niggles or worries you have. She really takes the time to understand what’s going on rather than just giving you a generic massage. She’s so chatty, kind and friendly, which makes you feel completely at ease. She always checks that you’re comfortable and explains what she’s doing. You can tell she genuinely cares about helping you feel your best. I wouldn’t go anywhere else now! 🤍

I honestly can’t recommend a deep tissue massage with cupping enough! Charlotte is absolutely amazing. She is so knowledgeable and really knows her stuff — she was able to identify exactly where all my niggles and tension were without me even having to explain them! The whole experience was brilliant, and I felt so much better afterwards. You can tell Charlotte genuinely cares about what she does and takes the time to make sure you get the most out of your treatment. I’ll definitely be booking again! 💗

Can not recommend Charlotte enough, she is just lush! So knowledgeable and my daughter always walks out feeling a million dollars. If your considering a sports massage...BOOK IT! you won't regret it.

The most relaxing time. Charlotte always asks what’s bothering me so she can focus on that area, always checks in every few days after to see how I’m feeling and how my body has responded to the massage. Wouldn’t go elsewhere 🥰
