Jack is an outstanding PT. I’m not new to training but at 55 I feel stronger, fitter, leaner and healthier than ever- and have just got my first unaided strict form chin up! The wins out of the gym are priceless, too- I’m better able to cope with the stresses and strains of life, I feel confident in wearing jeans again and I feel comfortable in my skin once more on hot summer holidays. What’s not to love?!
