I brought my daughter to get her ears pierced and Lady B went above and beyond. She was so nice and such a calming presence. Ears are healing very well. Very pleased and would highly recommend.
My daughter got her helix pierced with Elaine. Very professional, exceptionally clean and Elaine was brilliant with my daughter. She put her at ease and talked her through the procedure. Will definitely return for any further piercings and highly recommend Lady B 's and Elaine as a piercer.
All the staff are so lovely and accommodating every time i have been in, my piercing never get infected and heal very well + they give a very helpful after care sheet. I will 100% be coming back!
Not the cheapest, but excellent service, fantastic attention to hygiene/health and safety and the friendliest staff!

Really lovely experience visiting Lady B piercings to get my helix piercing changed to a new piece. Amazing selection of jewellery at reasonable prices. Elaine was so lovely and friendly, and made the whole experience extremely comfortable and relaxed! Would highly recommend!
