I’ve been a regular client since February and have always been happy with my lashes, which makes this experience even more disappointing. I was unfortunately 20 minutes late to my appointment, which I accepted responsibility for from the beginning. I understood this meant my set wouldn’t be as full, and I never disputed that. My issue was the retention. Within six days my lashes had become extremely gappy, with one eye having noticeably fewer lashes than the other. When I reached out, I wasn’t asking for a refund or a free full set, I simply wanted to understand why this had happened and whether there was anything that could be done, especially as I’d paid the full £45. I was later told that because there wasn’t enough time, fewer lashes had been applied to the areas that naturally shed quicker. My disappointment is that this wasn’t explained before the treatment. I was only told she’d do as much as she could in the hour. Had I known the set was likely to look sparse after less than a week, I could have decided whether I still wanted to go ahead. The only solution offered was a chargeable mini infill after just six days, which I didn’t feel was reasonable. I politely explained that my concern was the lack of communication, but my final message was read and ignored. As a hairdresser myself, I understand that things don’t always go to plan. What matters is how those situations are handled and how expectations are managed. Unfortunately, I left feeling that my concerns weren’t acknowledged and that customer care was lacking. Sadly, I won’t be returning.
