Lush lashes by Lottie 😍
Communication poor cancelled an appointment 20 mins before - then no contact made to reschedule. Message sent to see if need to rearrange after her personal circumstances, which I sympathize with, but 3 days later still no response. These were treatments for my daughter and my self for the wedding.

Lottie is such a kind and down to earth lady, she’s chatty and a great laugh. I always feel very relaxed and welcomed at my appointments. She does not disappoint on the lash front, they are stunning I feel like a new woman♥️
