I can’t thank Hay enough for fitting me in for an emergency lash appointment at the last minute before I travelled! I had a horrible experience with another lash tech and my lashes were in such a bad state, but Hay was so patient, understanding and reassuring. She really listened to exactly what I wanted and actually delivered, my lashes turned out absolutely perfect and were exactly what I wanted for my holiday! Hay is so talented, professional and genuinely cares about her clients. I’m so happy I found her and I would 100% recommend her to anyone. She is honestly the best! xx

I honestly couldn't recommend her enough! From the moment I booked, she made me feel so comfortable and welcome. She really listened to what I wanted and recommended the Signature Angel set, which turned out to be absolutely perfect for me. The lashes suit my eyes so beautifully and enhance them without looking over the top. I've had so many compliments since getting them done, and I've already recommended her to friends and family because they're always asking where I got my lashes done! What really stood out to me was how much she genuinely cares about her clients. She even checked in with me after my appointment to see how I was getting on with my lashes, which is such a thoughtful touch and shows how passionate she is about what she does. I recently got my last extension done by her, and I’m really happy with the result. The CAT extension was completed beautifully and exactly how I wanted it. She was professional, friendly, and paid attention to every detail throughout the process. The quality of work was excellent, and the final result looked amazing.
