Had a really good experience. She was friendly, welcoming and professional, and the place was immaculate. I had a sports massage with dry cupping and really enjoyed it. Everything felt relaxed and comfortable, and she focused on the areas that needed attention. Would recommend.

Lauren is absolutely fantastic. Would thoroughly recommend 🙌🏻

Lauren has seen me a couple of times now when I’ve been in a bit of a bad way, and both times she’s been fantastic! Efficient, knowledgable, & very much the expert at what she does. Would highly recommend Lauren.

So needed - Thank you so much!!

I had a sports massage today with Lauren. Friendly, welcoming, and professional from start to finish. The treatment was tailored to exactly what I needed, with great knowledge and attention to detail throughout. I left feeling much looser and already noticing a difference. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a quality sports massage. I’ll definitely be back!
