Liam is absolutely brilliant, very knowledgeable and really works the areas you need looked at. I’ve been using him for over a year now and he’s literally part of my wellness routine.

I Had Liam come short notice as I managed to injure my back from the gym recently. He Arrived polite and professional. Massaged deep tissues muscles in my glutes , back and hamstrings. Fingers crossed I’ll be back in the gym soon. I recommend him .

LIam was excellent and very knowledgeable about relieving my tight calves through running. Very professional and my legs already feel better the day after. LIam also left me with good strength exercises to improve fitness going forward and followed up the next day with a text. Would highly recommend for anyone looking to improve fitness and strength.
