She’s was to scared 🤣🫣
Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. We had spoken to the gentleman who brought Jessie in for her groom and seen how nervous she was when she entered our premises. We said to him if she doesn't settle or let us touch her that we would contact him. After he left the premises she started to walk in before freezing and urinating herself in fear. We deemed it too stressful for her to continue her appointment at that time and you were not charged for it. Upon cleaning her urine we noticed it smelt quite strong and it was quite dark. We informed him of this. He had informed us you had only moved into the area a week prior. We believe in allowing dogs to settle into their environment properly. We had recommended meet and greets to build her confidence and build a relationship with her (at no cost to yourselves) before proceeding to groom her as we pride ourselves on the welfare and well-being of the dogs in our care. We understand that you may wish to try another groomer and wish you the best in the future. Little Love Dog Grooming

This has been Stanley Muldoons 2nd visit, and his groom is just the perfect wee teddy cut. He has very bad anxiety when going too groomers but after seeing him in a wee video clip he looked very happy....think you have hit yourselves a regular girl's xx
