Hugo had an absolutely lovely experience! He came home smelling gorgeous and looking even cuter than usual! He was so happy and settled after his groom, which really put our minds at ease. You can tell he was well looked after and made to feel comfortable. He looks adorable, smells amazing, and we couldn’t be happier with how he was groomed. We’ll definitely be coming back!

The ladies were friendly and welcoming to both my dog and myself. He came out smelling lovely, they spoke with me briefly and handed me a grooming report card letting me know how he got on. 5⭐️ service, we'll be back again
Wendy and Danielle are amazing with my Frenchie Dakota. She is treated with the upmost care as if she was one of their own fur babies. As Dakota has a history of skin allergies they always make sure they use suitable products for her skin and coat while consulting me before they take her in for a bath. She comes out smelling amazing even without the doggy perfume and her coat is always healthy with a nice sheen and super soft when she comes out of Little Love.

Left my nervous shit tzu puppy in today with Wendy for her first groom with little loves, im over the moon with the service provided today. I found staff to be friendly and helpful , a nice clean environment and will be happy to go back. Thanks girls

My dog was returned to me after visiting LITTLE LOVE dog groomers in this condition. Coco has suffered burning and raw skin to her stomach, a red and inflamed vulva, burns around her rear, cut and damaged nipples which are now developing blistering, burns around her joints and cuts to her ears. She is visibly in pain, she is not eating normally and has required veterinary treatment and medication to help soothe the damage to her skin. We also cannot forget the mental damage it has also caused to Coco. I arranged for Coco to be examined by a vet along with contacting the Little Love dog grooming. Her veterinary assessment documented inflammation and lesions affecting her ventrum, teats and other areas. I provided the veterinary information and photographs to the groomer and explained exactly what had happened. I provided the groomer with evidence of Coco’s condition and explained that she had recently had a veterinary check before her grooming appointment, which stated that she had NO ongoing skin problem identified at that time. The groomer’s response has been that they do not accept responsibility for Coco’s condition. I am saddened at what has happened to my dog but I’m even more hurt over the fact that little love won’t take accountability for this situation. Never again, my dog is traumatised.
We are genuinely sorry to hear that Coco has experienced discomfort and required veterinary treatment. We understand how upsetting this has been for you both. We take her welfare, and every dog in our care, extremely seriously. We feel its important to clarify Coco was collected at ~1630. Our staff had not observed any of the symptoms shown in the photographs provided late that evening. Coco left our salon alert, happily wagging her tail. During her appointment, staff did notice she appeared particularly itchy and was scratching herself. This was discussed with you at collection; you advised us that Coco had experienced itchy skin previously and received injections in the past. We also explained that she had been clipped shorter around her ears and rear where matting was present. These areas appeared normal at collection, no cuts or irritation were observed, which we showed you at the time. We received your complaint at ~2053, 4+hrs after collection. The vet report records inflammation and "looks like clipper rash and/or a possible adverse reaction to shampoo" We offered to involve our insurance company and pay for a further independent vet assessment, but this was declined. We therefore cannot accept responsibility for injuries not observed while Coco was in our care and reported several hrs after collection. We have reviewed our products and procedures, now using Hypoallergenic shampoos as part of our response. We genuinely hope Coco makes a full and speedy recovery.
