Shirley is amazing! I've been going to her every week and honestly look forward to it every time. The massage is always great and leaves my back feeling so much better, but she's also just such a lovely person to talk to. It feels like you get a massage and a therapy session all in one! She's friendly, easy to chat with, and somehow always knows exactly where all the tension is. I always leave feeling relaxed, refreshed, and in a much better mood. Couldn't recommend her enough

Excellent lymphatic drainage, nearly fell asleep, feel amazing

I had post-op lymphatic drainage yesterday with the lovely Shirley and honestly, the difference I feel today is incredible. The pain and discomfort I had been experiencing has eased so much, and I feel so much more comfortable and relaxed in myself. I can’t explain how much better I feel after just one session. Thank you so much for your care and support. I would highly recommend anyone recovering from surgery to book in with her.
