Alfie, my Parsons terrier had visited a groomer previously but was unable to be cut due to his anxiety. After searching for a local groomer I discovered Lulus who other groomers had recommended. Alfie has had his first visit and Charlotte was able to give him a lovely cut. Will be arranging another appointment when Alfie needs his next groom

Excellent experience with Charlotte. She is so friendly to chat to and you can really tell she has loads of experience looking after animals :) She knew exactly what to do when I told her the style that I wanted. Snowy came out looking so good and smelling lovely Excellent communication especially during the very hot weather and she put the welfare of my dog first with her concerns, which was really appreciated I will definitely be booking again soon thank you! 🤩

Answered all my questions prior to puppy grooming, welcoming when we arrived and puppy had a lovely groom.

Took my 5 month old Cockerpoo Teddy, for his 1st groom with Charlotte, she talked me through the process of what she was going to do and I have to say she has done an amazing job with him, she was so gentle and reassuring with Teddy and I absolutely love the way she has groomed him, he looks and smells beautiful and he was so calm and settled when I collected him, Charlotte also gave me some great advice on how to keep up with his hair brushing routine and his nails, she is very knowledgeable and professional. Thanku so much Charlotte, Teddy and I will see you next month 🐶♥️ xxx
