Answered all my questions prior to puppy grooming, welcoming when we arrived and puppy had a lovely groom.
Took my 5 month old Cockerpoo Teddy, for his 1st groom with Charlotte, she talked me through the process of what she was going to do and I have to say she has done an amazing job with him, she was so gentle and reassuring with Teddy and I absolutely love the way she has groomed him, he looks and smells beautiful and he was so calm and settled when I collected him, Charlotte also gave me some great advice on how to keep up with his hair brushing routine and his nails, she is very knowledgeable and professional.
