Lymphatic Therapies North West

I’ve been having monthly lymphatic drainage massages with Gemma whilst pregnant with twins and she’s been brilliant at keeping any swelling and water retention to a minimal. The massages have been relaxing but then I’ve felt so much more energetic afterwards. I’m definitely going to keep on top of massages whilst post partum.

Gemma has taken care of me since before my surgery in April of this year. She advised a pre flight lymphatic drainage to help with swelling , which it did. Gemma stayed in contact while I was away getting my surgery offering fantastic advice, and made every effort to see me when I came home to start my healing journey. For context, as had a 360 body lift with FDL breast lift with augmentation. I am sat her now 11 weeks post op with barely visible scars, and healed perfectly, thanks to Gemma’s magic hands and advise. I can’t recommend enough and this treatment is essential for anybody considering surgery, or has had surgery.

I had a lovely massage today with Gemma at Lymphatic Therapies North West, it was my first time and Gemma put me at ease. I had a great experience and felt a lot lighter, Gemma also gave me some tips going forward which was really appreciated. I would highly recommend it.

Gemma is amazing, makes you feel comfortable from the start. Knows how to do a proper lymphatic massage. As someone who lives with Lipoedema I suffered greatly prior to visiting lymphatic therapies North West. Loving the new venue as well. I wish I could go every week. Thanks for all your help Gemma
