The lady who pierced my daughters ears was friendly, welcoming and easy to talk to. She made sure I was ok to pay for any extra earrings before asking my daughter, in case Id bought just the set amount of money to pay for the piercing itself. She spoke encouragingly to my daughter and patiently answered her questions, and mine, she was quick and efficient. The expense was good too with no expectancy of returning unless we chose to. All in all a great place to get children's first piercings ( my daughter is 9) would recommend and will be going back. Equally as an add on so far so good the earrings have stayed in, today is the 5th day she has had them and they're still in and secure.
