It was a lovely evening spent getting pampered! I've never had reflexology before and I thoroughly enjoyed it! I can't wait to book in again.

this was a very relaxing 2 hour treatment. I could feel myself relaxing and almost drifting off to sleep.

Lauren is very good at what she does, the room has a love relaxing atmosphere, she gave a brief description of the type of massage I was getting, (full body) it was fantastic, came out feeling totally relaxed, would definitely go back.

So so relaxing. Just out the door and I can’t wait to be back!
