I had the sports recovery massage and it exceeded my expectations. Chris took the time to understand where I was experiencing tension and tailored the session accordingly. The pressure was perfect, and I noticed immediate improvement in muscle tightness and mobility. I left feeling rejuvenated and much more recovered. Highly recommended for anyone active or training regularly.
