it was really nice – the staff member (whose name I didn't catch sadly) was very sweet and explained everything to me and helped replace a missing earring and re-open the hole which had closed. All was quick and painless. Thank you

It has been a great experience! Giulia, my piercer, was super nice and put me at ease during the piercing! She was also very thorough with explaining the aftercare and recommendations.

Previously had double helix piercing here and was really pleased with all aspects of experience. So came back for second lobe and flat piercing - a group of friends also got various piercings. Great experience with Giulia piercing and Martha helping choose jewellery. I’ll be back for more! And I’ll be bringing my daughter for her first piercing here too - really great service and expertly done.

Took my 9yo to get her ears pierced, it was great experience - calm, friendly, explained everything, not rushed, clean and organised. I ended up with a nose piercing myself too!
