I work a desk job but try to keep myself fit in the gym, had a few aches recently and have been intrigued about having a sports massage so thought i would give it a go. Very impressed with Alex and the massage was great feel very relaxed afterwards with the tension gone.

Very good. Released lots of tension in my muscles. I feel a lot better now.

Fantastic deep tissue massage. Alex was very friendly and explained everything as she went along.
