He was extremely professional and very attentive throughout the whole appointment. I went in with a lot of pain and stiffness, and I genuinely felt so much better afterwards. By the next day, I was already able to go back to the gym and do some light exercise. He also gave me a few exercises to do at home, which helped a lot with my recovery. I would definitely recommend him and I’ll absolutely be coming back!

Absolutely magical. Had a really bad strain in my neck and upper back and with Decs expertise, I feel a lot better and my mobility has improved drastically. Thanks Dec!
