Wow, Daniel certainly knows his stuff! Went as had lower back pain expecting just a bit of a sports massage to ease it but much more thorough than that. Several tests/excercises for Daniel to see what was happening and identify exactly why I was getting the pain. Did have some real deep tissue massage as well. Definitely felt a lot easier than when I went in and could not fault the service. Pesonable guy as well which makes it easier when you are comfortable with someone.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Had a sports massage with Daniel at Muscle Relief Therapy Sports Massage (Cwm Road, Swansea) and honestly it’s one of the best I’ve had. It felt like a proper treatment rather than just a standard massage. Daniel is very knowledgeable and clearly very experienced, he took the time to ask what was going on, especially around my upper back, hamstrings and legs, and explained what he was doing as he went. The pressure was firm but controlled (and he checked in throughout, which I really appreciated). I walked out feeling looser and moving better, and I’ll be honest, parts of it were intense in the moment (in a good way). I definitely felt it afterwards, but like the knots had actually been shifted, not like I’d been knocked about. Really professional, friendly, and no awkward pressure to rebook,just solid aftercare advice to help the results last. If you train, sit at a desk a lot, or you’re carrying tension, book in. I’ll 100% be back.
