I can't recommend Mio enough! I went in feeling really stiff and with aching shoulders and a stiff neck. Mio listened to what I told him and tailored the treatment accordingly. He took the time to understand where I was holding tension and adjusted the pressure and techniques. I left feeling lighter, looser, and genuinely relaxed for the first time in ages! I would highly recommend and will definitely be using Mio again!
