New Era Sculpting

Teri gave me an excellent lymphatic drainage massage 2 days prior to my first bodybuilding competition. She was able to improve my look dramatically through this massage which resulted in a look I was very proud of on stage - I would highly recommend Teri and her services to anyone looking to destress, relax and improve their physique!

My experience was amazing, Teri is professional and easy to chat to, which makes you settle into the treatment amazingly. I had the lymphatic drainage, and was unsure if I would see any difference, but before a holiday, I wanted to give it a go. Well what can I say, it was fab, such a difference and so pleased I did it. See you again soon 🥰

Teri is very kind and knowledgable, and clearly very passionate about what she does. She understands m the science behind what she’s doing to help you to achieve the best results. I’m really happy with what she has helped me achieve in just six weeks, I’d happily recommend her clinic to anyone.

Teri gave me a lymphatic drainage 2 days before my bodybuilding show and it made a world of difference on how I looked on the day of me competing. But not only that, I’ve been getting monthly massages off her for the last 24 weeks and it’s helped out with my training performance, mobility but most importantly my mental state moving forward. She’s an overall genuine person who provides a 5 star service.

Unbelievable difference from my Lymphatic drainage session with Teri before my bodybuilding competition. I was genuinely blown away getting off that bed to see the difference and this 100% made a huge impact on my competition day! I didn’t have enough words to thank Teri enough, she absolutely smashed this and I highly recommend Teri every time! I’ll let the photos speak for themselves here 🫱🏻‍🫲🏼😏

A delightfully thorough Sports Massage. This was my 2nd time recruiting Teri to try and fix me and relax my muscles to give me some movement back after she worked wonders for me previously, she worked tirelessly on my many knots and explained the process and procedures, with good humour and lots of laughs to help me through some of the tougher areas (like my calves), always professional and personable; Teri is fantastic. I am already booking in for another session. Thank you again!

Incredible experience from start to finish Terri is so methodical with how she works, she doesn’t leave a stone unturned… or body part infact! She is truly the best lymphatic drainage specialist I have ever come across - the results speak for themselves

Theres good massages, theres amazing massages and then there is Teri. Hands down the best sports massage I have ever received and oh my goodness I’ve had allot from all over the world. Teri is friendly, kind, strong, professional and above all has fixed problems in my body that I’ve lived with for 8 plus years, I no longer live in constant pain! 5 stars is not enough, this is a diamond level service.
