Nicole is a professional and knowledgeable therapist who I’ve been attending for around a year. She initially cured my tennis elbow using acupuncture and now keeps my aches and pains at bay with regular maintenance massages. Her therapy is now an essential part of my self care.

Nicole is absolutely brilliant at what she does! I've had treatment from her a few times now. Hubby goes to her aswell now. Wouldn't go anywhere else for treatment!

Amazing sports massage from Nicole. Really got into the knots in shoulders and back. definately loosened up. 😁

Great outcome for me! Went to Nicole with a strained neck and shoulder - she made a care plan for me, had some massage then several sessions of acupuncture. Knowledgeable girl, explains everything. Self care advice also provided. Would highly recommend
