I had a massage with Patryk today and it was excellent. I’d recently started back at the gym and was carrying a lot of tension and tightness, especially from getting back into lifting. Patryk quickly identified the areas that needed attention and worked through them with the perfect amount of pressure. I left feeling noticeably looser, more mobile, and much less tense. He was professional, knowledgeable, and made me feel completely at ease throughout. I’d definitely recommend Patryk to anyone looking for a quality sports or deep tissue massage, whether you’re recovering from training or just need to release built-up tension. I’ll certainly be booking again.

I can’t thank Patryk enough for the massage! He was very thorough when asking about my issues, making sure he could treat me as effectively as possible.
